Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
We retain ownership of the Service and its software, design, and branding. The underlying tax-receipt data is sourced from the Texas Comptroller and is in the public domain. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.
The Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you can request export of any data you stored within 30 days.
